Dominica announces Jazz ‘n Creole Event Tips

Dominica Festivals invited the patrons of Jazz ‘n Creole 2023 to purchase event coolers or bring their own for the event.

Roseau, Dominica: Dominica Festivals invited the patrons of Jazz ‘n Creole 2023 to purchase event coolers or bring their own for the event. It announced the Jazz’ n Creole Event Tips – COOLERS which will be held on April 30th, 2023.

Jazz ‘n Creole patrons can choose to purchase event coolers or bring their own for the event.

Cooler Packages are as follows:

Event sponsors Fine Foods Jimmit and Belfast Estate Ltd. will be offering special cooler packages for Jazz’ n Creole 2023. All coolers purchased from these 2 sponsors will enter the venue FREE. (P.S Ensure you receive the sticker!)

Bring-Your-Own Cooler are as follows:

Patrons can bring their coolers at a cost.

Any cooler larger than 150 quarts will be charged 150XCD or more, based on the size of the cooler. Dominica Festivals asked people to REMEMBER and announced that no breakable bottles, glass cups/receptacles, or smoking are allowed into the Cabrits National Park.

Coolers larger than 150 quarts will be charged $150 or more. The cooler fee will be waived for Patrons purchasing drink coolers with an authorized branded sticker from sponsors (FFI and Belfast).

The fringe event of Jazz ‘n Creole will feature Mwen An Sa- I In Dat and kick off the weekend with Jazz by the Shoreline – La Vie en Kweyol. It will feature the Princess of Song Michele Henderson and her band, enjoying the sweet rhythms of Creole and jazz fusion at the historic Fort Young Hotel.

In collaboration with the INDAT initiative, make sure to represent Dominica’s culture with anything madras – from ties to dresses, t-shirts, pins, and more! Come in Creole-inspired outfits for a chance to win incredible prizes as they celebrate Dominica’s culture, history, and music.
